When adjusting the light path of a traditional laser tube, it is generally necessary to continuously repeat the following steps:


First adjust the 1# reflector and the 2# reflector; put a mark on the tape of the 2# reflector until the centers of the two marks coincide; then move the laser head to the nearest and farthest sides from the 2# reflector respectively. Put a mark on the tape of the 3# reflector until the centers of the two marks coincide; finally, put the tape on the light entrance of the focusing barrel of the 3# reflector and mark it. If the mark is in the center of the tape, the light path adjustment is completed, otherwise it will continue to be debugged repeatedly. The first step is to adjust the Y-axis light path: stick the masking paper on the #2 reflector frame and make a mark at the same point as the red light. Adjust the adjusting screw on the #1 reflector frame until there is no deviation between the red light and the marked point.

The second step is to adjust the X-axis light path: Make a mark on the textured paper at the same point as the red light. The third step is to adjust the Z-axis optical path: use textured paper to make a dot mark. Move the wooden board to make the mark coincide with the center of the laser nozzle, and adjust the adjusting screw on the #3 reflector frame to make the red light coincide with the mark point.
